Overview:

The VP of Marketing at Rxilient will spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to bolster Rxilient's standing in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s growth and market penetration across our operational regions including SEA, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and MENA. The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional marketing campaigns, ensuring product excellence, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to sustain Rxilient’s competitive edge.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that reinforce Rxilient’s position in the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets.
  • Ensure effective adaptation and execution of marketing strategies by regional teams, maintaining consistency across all territories.
  • Lead the marketing department, encompassing product marketing, brand management, and market research with a focus on Rxilient's diverse product portfolio.

Market Analysis and Strategy Development

  • Perform detailed analyses of the healthcare market to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats relevant to Rxilient’s offerings.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans to enhance growth and increase market share, specifically tailored to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
  • Assess the competitive landscape continuously and adjust strategies to strengthen Rxilient’s market presence.

Campaign Management

  • Oversee the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns from conception through to completion.
  • Optimize campaign messaging and creative strategies to ensure maximum impact across digital and traditional channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and leverage data to drive decisions that optimize marketing outcomes.

Product Launches and Portfolio Management

  • Manage launches of new products, ensuring successful market introduction and optimal positioning within Rxilient’s portfolio.
  • Allocate and manage the marketing budget across product lines, ensuring efficient spend for maximum return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with product lifecycle and innovation.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team that embodies Rxilient’s values of ambition, integrity, and customer focus.
  • Develop team capabilities to enhance their expertise in pharmaceutical marketing and strategic execution.
  • Foster a collaborative culture within the marketing department and across interfacing departments at Rxilient.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Cultivate robust relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and industry leaders across Rxilient’s operational regions.
  • Act as Rxilient’s brand ambassador at major industry events, conferences, and professional gatherings.

Performance Measurement

  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing department to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives against Rxilient’s strategic goals.
  • Regularly report to senior management with insights on performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations for growth.

Budget Management

  • Formulate the annual marketing budget with detailed projections and allocations that reflect strategic priorities and expected returns.
  • Monitor expenditure and make adjustments to ensure fiscal responsibilities are met without compromising strategic objectives.

Compliance and Best Practices

  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to local and international regulations pertinent to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Stay informed about global marketing trends and technological advancements to maintain Rxilient’s competitive edge.


Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that meet complex business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring dynamic teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and platforms.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to support regional operations and represent Rxilient at key events.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance issues affecting the pharmaceutical industry.
