Job Summary:
The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract appropriate talent.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management processes, including setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in handling performance issues and developing employee improvement plans.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment, claims, and inquiries.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.
- Develop implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives and support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred) and above.
- Proven experience as in HR function, or similar role with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software such as HReasily and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
