Senior HR Executive

Job Summary:

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract appropriate talent.
    • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
    • Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Design and implement performance management processes, including setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers in handling performance issues and developing employee improvement plans.
  4. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
    • Manage employee benefits enrollment, claims, and inquiries.
  5. Compliance and Policies:
    • Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.
    • Develop implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  6. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
    • Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
    • Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
  7. Leadership and Strategy:
    • Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives and support business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred) and above.
  • Proven experience as in HR function, or similar role with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software such as HReasily and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
