What You'll Do:
- Process application and termination requests for residential and commercial customers timely and accurately.
- Review of supporting documents received for utilities account opening and closing requests.
- Respond to customer application or termination requests and provide follow up assistance if necessary.
- Work in close collaboration with internal departments for applications and termination related activities.
- Analyse situation and provide with the best appropriate solution.
- Work in cross functional team to deliver changes with positive impact in a progressive environment.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum Diploma from a local Polytechnic
- 1-2 years of processing experience will be preferred
- Knowledge in systems (e.g., SAP) will be preferred
- Possess initiative, confidence and the ability to work independently
- Possess good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- A team player with a positive service mindset who thrives in a fast paced environment
- Meticulous, attentive to details and a fast learner
