- Participate in implementation of new precious metal recovery line
- Manage and take care of recovery line post implementation
- Research and implement processes to enhance productivity and streamline workflow
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and processes to ensure optimal functioning
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and protocols, participate in audits to ensure compliance and standards
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain smooth production operations
- Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and risk assessments
- Maintain accurate records, including logsheets and relevant documentation required for compliance
- Keep equipment calibrations and inspections current as per designated schedules
- Promoting Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) initiatives among operators
- Ensure proper housekeeping and storage of chemicals and wastewater
- Work without supervision/guidance
- Assist with procurement of goods/finding new customers/leads to ensure sufficient feedstock for recovery line
Minimum Requirement
- 2 years of experience in relevant field
- Degree / Advance diploma preferred
