Role and Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle of a recruitment process for operation employees
- Administer work pass application, renewal and cancellation including levy waiver.
- Handle employees disciplinary issues
- Facilitate annual performance review for salary increment cycles, and prepare communication to all
- Process and communicate re-employment contracts of those above statutory retirement age.
- Manage workmen compensation and foreign workers' insurance renewal and claim process.
- Support the review and implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives
- Administer and manage MOM surveys
- Manage and administer employees’ benefits claims using HR/Payroll system
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years HR admin experience
- Resourceful, meticulous, possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with Info-Tech HR system is an advantage
