Investment Management (Intern) – Up to 3 days weekly – 6 months contract

Responsibilities
· Investment
o Analyse economic and market trends, earnings prospects, financial statements, and various other indicators and factors to evaluate suitable investment opportunities and strategies.
o Learn and develop financial models including valuation, investment return, and competitive benchmarking analysis for the decision-making process.
o Market research to support/evaluate potential investments
o Assist in preparation of management reports, board materials, Investment Committee memorandums on potential opportunities
· Asset Management
o Market economic and industry research to support asset management decisions
o Provide inputs to the projection of cash flow models, life of fund models and work closely with investment team, portfolio reporting team and finance team
o Work closely with internal and external stakeholders: tenants, leasing agents, facility and technical operations managers, business partners, property appraisers, finance, legal teams etc to execute strategy.
· Any other matters
o Support ad-hoc requests, initiatives and projects, if required.
Job requirements
· Proficient in excel with strong numerical aptitude.
· Good business and financial acumen. Proficient in data management.
· Ability to identify and clearly articulate key financial drivers and analysis.
· Resourceful, strong initiative, great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
· Possess a keen analytical mind.
· Strong work ethic and self-driven. Ability to work autonomously on self-motivated projects
· Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or equivalent
· Foreign students with student visas or residency in Singapore are welcome to apply
Fluent in English and Mandarin/Japanese/Korean (written and verbal)
