Marketing Director

Job Summary:Responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth, enhance brand awareness, and establish strong relationships with industry stakeholders. This role involves managing marketing initiatives that support the company's goals in the competitive metals market, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and leading market research to identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase market share in the metal trading industry. Set and track marketing goals aligned with the company’s business objectives. Design and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Establish strong relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and customers.
  2. Market Research and Analysis:Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Identify new market opportunities and segments for growth. Monitor competitors’ activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  3. Brand Management and Promotion:Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the company in the metal trading sector. Implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
  4. Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the metals, commodities, or industrial sectors.
  • Skills:Strong understanding of the metal trading industry and market dynamics. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data. Strong project management and organizational skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel and attend industry events as required.

Working Conditions:

  • The role may require travel to attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.
