We are looking for a person who plays a vital role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment, requiring a blend of interpersonal, administrative, and technical skills.
Job Description:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff warmly.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Prepare drinks for the visitors.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Take and relay messages accurately and promptly.
- Asisst in application of work passes including dependant passes & Permanent Residences for our expatriates
- Assist in recruitment which includes advertising job vacancy, interviews, on-boarding and off-boarding matters
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and update appointment calendars and schedules.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages, coordinating with courier services as needed.
- Responsible for planning and accompanying company customers to visit local tourist attractions, etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties may assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Good overall image and good temperament
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented demeanor
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with local tourist attractions
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Previous experience in a HR or administrative role preferred
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-5:30
Working location: One-North
