The role is admin/operational in nature that includes churning out and submitting reports, minutes taking and that involves internal (MDs to team members) and external (client PMO and various user stakeholders) as well as onboarding & offboarding processes and ad hoc logistical matters
Job Scope:
· Responsibilities include resource management (i.e. on/off-boarding, leave tracking, account provisioning),
· Handling of administrative processes with client and team members.
· Minutes taking at client and team meetings.
· Preparation of meeting decks to be sent to client on time,
· Tracking of deliverables, financial, procurement and inventory/assets management
· Collating and generating reports, ensuring the team complies with client data protection.
· Initiating and managing process improvements.
· Maintenance of project site office facilities.

1. Good communication skills
2. Good listening and minutes writing skills, able to follow in meetings and capturing key points and follow-up action items with the respective parties.
3. Process-oriented, with good documentation and collaboration skills.
Good to have (skills):
1. Have a good eye for details, calling out and checking on items without letting them drop.
2. Takes initiative and a keen learner, looking at areas for improvement.
3. Support team members to meet the overall team objectives.
