Job Description:
- BIM/CAD consultation and related services (i.e., model integration, scheduling attributes using modeled info, etc.) for design, construction, and post-construction activities
- Understand and comply with BIM execution plan
- Creation of 3D model content.
- Modelling using specified tools
- Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines and sub-contractors
- Drawing production from 3D models.
- Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models
- Good knowledge in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit, Naviswork, MS Word & Excel
- Support project modelling requirements for project, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes
- Generate progress & status reports for BIM/CAD projects
- Support and educate the customer’s team to utilize BIM data
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- A strong background producing construction documentation / detailing on large scale Commercial projects (Domain in construction for Architecture)
- Minimum 2 years of BIM / CAD related Design and/or Construction experience with demonstrated progression of technical knowledge
- Proficient in 3D parametric modeling.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit/ArchiCAD or equivalent BIM software.
- Knowledge of Naviswork software
- Proven ability to determine construction detailing and techniques
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma or Degree.
