You will handle the lease administration of a shopping mall which will include the preparation of lease documents, tenancy agreements and maintain tenancy database. You will also track submission requirement for all lease documents so as to ensure their completion in a timely manner. Other duties will include liaising with Finance on the set up of leases in SAP, billings, monitoring and compilation of monthly reports such as tenancy schedule, gross turnover and audited statements from tenants as well as providing administrative support to the leasing team.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Real Estate, Business Administration or other related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a retail mall environment, and with a good understanding of tenancy matters
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Those with experience in SAP will have an added advantage.
- Team player, meticulous and detailed, highly organized and ability to work under tight deadlines.
