Job Responsibilities
- Handle and update information and filling of employee personnel record and databse
- Monitor employees attendance and update overtime record
- Assist to process monthly payroll
- Assist in the applications, renewals and cancellation for foreign employee's work passes
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, managing resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts
- Perform other HR/Admin and ad-hoc project duties when required
Requirement
- Candidat must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resources Management
- Able to multi task and able to work independently and in a team
- Proficient with office based application ( words, excel and powerpoint)
- Able to start within a short notice
