Job Description & Requirements
- Ensuring all works carried out meet company's quality standards and requirement
- To co-ordinate and monitoring project progress and schedule
- To liaise closely with appointed Main-contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers or their appointed agents on all on-site matters
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions etc
- Assist Engineering and Production Team with the preparation and submission of documents for work commencement and upon project completion
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Job Requirements :-
- Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS) Certificate
- Able to understand design drawings and meet clients &/or designers requirements
- Meticulous with positive work attitude
- Strong sense of accountability and ability to quickly prioritize tasks based on urgency in a fast placed environment
- Excellence analystical, communication, organizing and interpersonal skills
- Independent but also a team player
