We are looking for a passionate individual to conceptualize, plan, and execute proposals and presentations for the Commercial Leasing Team. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team to implement strategies aimed at promoting the Savills brand.
Job Requirement:
- Design & Format powerpoint slides for brokers’ presentations and proposals. Assist with the response to Request for Proposals (RFPs) that brokers’ participate in.
- Design and send out EDMs (space marketing) through SalesForce (aka Exact Target) along with maintaining latest property listings on Savills Website through CPA.
- Assist HOD in co-ordinating Marcomm matters with the Savills Marketing & Communications team and brokers. eg: work with Marcomm and brokers for blogs/revamp commercial/industrial web content. Assist HOD with LinkedIn post.
- Update capability statement / remove mention of brokers who left/new joiners / assisting in annual report submissions /submitting deals done / assist in ad-hoc Savills events.
- Drafting professional bios for management / stakeholders
- Managing marketing asset requests from the business for simple marketing assets (ie reports, festive greetings, BD document etc).
- Explore new software and tools to enhance marketing materials and stay ahead of industry trends.
