Role Summary:
This person plays an administrative role in supporting the Projects Department in the scope of project administration, general administration and Environment, Health & Safety Management Programs.
Responsibilities:
- Support administrative tasks pertaining to Projects, including but not limited to the handling of correspondences, managing of meeting arrangements, filing, updating and maintaining of records, and processing of payment in SAP.
- Assist in data collection and updates in accordance with company Environment, Health & Safety Policy.
- Ensure that appointed contractors adhere to company Environment, Health & Safety Standards.
- Update development progress information, cost control reports etc. and provide a timely update on the development progress to the department.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience
- Candidates from construction & real estate industry are welcome
- Good with data collection and analysis
- SAP experience will be an added advantage
- Ability to work as a team
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
