Job Description
Directly reporting to the Head of HSE, the aim of the HSE Executive is to act as key support to the organization in all aspects of implementing, maintaining and continuously improving the safety and health standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct HSE induction and other HSE-related training for all/ new staff and all contractors.
Conduct monthly toolbox briefings and monthly HSE Committee Meetings with relevant stakeholders and generate minutes of meeting in a timely manner.
Disseminate information on HSE updates, incident sharing, and/or new initiatives.
Assist the operation team in the identification of workplace risks and in recommending and implementing the necessary control measures.
Ensure the project's Risk Assessment, EAI & risk register are updated and reviewed as and when required.
Conduct monthly HSE Inspection and conduct near-miss, incident, dangerous occurrences investigations, and accident reporting.
Recommend and assist in the implementation of HSE measures and safe work procedures.
Manage high-risk work activities and Permit-To-Work (PTW) system.
Maintain proper HSE documentation and records.
Perform other duties as assigned or required by Head of HSE
Requirements:
At least with a WSH level B qualification, on the pathway to receive WSHO will be an advantage
Minimum 2 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in facility management & construction. Experiences in Industrial Rope Access would be advantageous.
Must possess BizSAFE Level 2, Managing Work-At-Height (WAH). Other certification such as confine space assessor, first aider will be an advantage.
Proactive, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
Possess a high level of initiative and integrity
Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
