Description
-Receive visitors (guests, vendors/suppliers, contractors etc.).
-Daily opening of letterbox
-Daily sorting and distribution of incoming mails.
-Sending of daily mails and registered mail to post office
-Arranging of local/overseas courier services and preparing documents.
-Sorting of Procurement documents
-Preparing of Procurement purchasing documents
-Arranging & receiving of daily delivery
-Manage office supplies (stationery and pantry supplies)
-Sourcing
-Managing Purchasing and inventory in BC
Requirements
-Min. A Level/ Diploma
-Min. 1 year working experience in general or purchasing administration
-Possess good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
-Able to work well as part of a team
-Must be proficient in MS Office, i.e. Word and Excel.
