Tasks & responsibilities
- Perform AR,AP,GL accounting functions, such as daily accounting processing, reconciliation, financial reporting, etc.
- Complete monthly and annual financial statements on time, issue financial reports.
- Responsible for bank reconciliation.
- Assist finance manager to complete relevant analysis report.
- Pay attention to cash flow, and complete monthly and annual cash flow forecast and analysis.
- Collaborate with various departments.
- Assist finance manager to complete other tasks.
Qualifications & experience
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5years of experience in accountancy and finance.
- Financial experience in manufacturing is a plus.
- Prior audit experience is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Quickbook and ERP (Synergix) systems is a plus.
- Proficient in reading and writing in Mandarin, as liaison with our China Finance Department.
