Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and issue formal Request for Quotations (RFQ).
2. Respond to the queries from bidders regarding the RFQ on commercial and technical matters.
3. Facilitate bid clarification meetings, pre-award, and award meeting when required.
4. Conduct tender evaluation and drive negotiation with bidders.
5. Generate PO and manage changes.
6. Responsible to maintain file and documentation for audit.
7. Responsible for compliance with Company Guidelines, Policies and Procedures.
8. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Specifications:
- Diploma or higher in Procurement/Supply Chain Management/Engineering.
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills.
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent.
- Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Applications.
