Job Description
- Prepare and monitor project budgets to ensure adherence.
- Analyze cost comparisons and recommend subcontractor awards.
- Measure quantities and prepare Variation Orders and claims.
- Manage monthly progress claims and subcontractor payments.
- Negotiate pricing and handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Survey, Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
