Derivatives Trading Executive - Entry-level- Execute derivatives and forward/future contracts and/or other financial products trading instructions.
- Collect and organize information related to assigned product and establish database to evaluate the market fundamentally and technically by following up supply, demand, global/regional geo-political developments and market dynamics.
- Conduct research, analysis, and prepare regular reports on assigned products on daily and weekly basis to develop position-taking strategies on key markets.
- Maintain real-time trading portfolio position to facilitate contracts pricing and portfolio valuation.
- Reconcile executed derivatives trades with broker statements and confirmations on daily basis.
- Maintain accurate reporting of derivative transactions and results.
- Monitor margin calls/excess cash related to derivatives and work with finance team to optimize positions across brokers to minimize cash utilization.
- Attend company training and undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in finance, economics, math or a related field
- Possesses strong interest in financial markets.
- Has initiative and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of futures and options
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking associates.
