Responsibilities:
- Liaise with end users and verify requisitions raised for purchase of different categories of products ( spare parts, hardware, packaging etc)
- Analyse products and managing RFQ process, including negotiation and evaluation of supplier quotes
- Conducting product research and sourcing new enders & suppliers.
- Establishing good working relationships and support with end users as well as key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality delivered on time.
- Prepare, process & track orders and ensure correct products & quantities timely delivered.
Requirements:
- Min 1-2 years relevant experience
- Min Nitec/Diploma
- Singaporean Only
- Knowledge in Import & Export shipping documents & process
