Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of communication systems and equipment. Collaborate with senior engineers to implement innovative solutions and improve existing systems.
- Participate in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of communication hardware and software. Ensure that all systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Conduct tests and diagnostics on communication equipment to identify and resolve issues. Assist in troubleshooting problems and providing technical solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work performed, including installation details, test results, and maintenance activities. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients. Address technical queries, offer guidance, and assist in resolving communication-related issues.
Requirements:
- Min Nitec/Higher Nitec in Technical discipline. Certification from a recognized electronics training program is preferred.
- At least 1 years of experience in the field of electronics and communication, with a focus on supporting communication systems and equipment.
- Proficiency with communication technologies, diagnostic tools, and electronic testing equipment. Strong understanding of communication protocols, networks, and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve communication issues efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and provide clear technical guidance to clients and colleagues.
