RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide frontline customer service
· Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
· Handling phone calls and inquiries
· Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
· Handle administrative, clinical duties, simple procedures and ad-hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS:
· Have good communication skills
· Knowledge in medical insurance processing
· IT savvy
· Able to start work immediately / within a month upon confirmation
· Must possess a background specifically in clinics

· Working Days/Hours: 5.5 days
· Salary:S$3,500 basic + Variable Bonus + AWS (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
