Main Responsibilities
In charge of purchasing and support activities of the Procurement Department at the Singapore Head Office, including new projects under various brands, and support the direction of the Group.
- Performing overseeing activities related to procurement of materials, equipment and services.
- Managing and directs a team of buyers to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct supplier analysis and evaluate potential suppliers
- Manage inventory cost
- Performing negotiation, reviews and approving purchases based on established policies.
Requirements
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Experience in F&B or Hospitality industry is a must
- Well knowledge in Food Item
- Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
- Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive work attitude
- Good administrative, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Mature, able to handle multi-tasking.
