Job Summary:
You will work closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) and HR Manager, providing essential support for general HR duties, campus recruitment, HR operations, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Assist with campus recruitment and coordination.
- Schedule and arrange interviews, including coordinating with candidates and interviewers.
- Support the recruitment process by maintaining job postings, tracking applications, and ensuring a smooth
- onboarding experience for new hires.
Compensation and Benefits
- Support the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Assist with the collection and analysis of compensation data.
- Help in maintaining and updating benefits records and resolving employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
HR Operations
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed accurately.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data. Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including addressing employee queries and managing HR documentation.
Stakeholder Liaison
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand HR requirements and provide necessary support.
- Liaise with different departments to coordinate HR activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Support the HRBP and HR Manager in various HR-related projects and initiatives.
Training and Development
- Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Help with tracking training participation and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Maintain records of training activities and employee development plans.
Performance Management
- Support the performance management process, including setting up performance reviews and tracking progress.
- Assist in collecting and compiling performance data.
- Help with the communication of performance feedback and management of performance improvement plans.
