HR Executive (Recruitment / Project Support/HR Operations)
Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes job posting, resume screening, interviewing via phone/face-to-face, making job offers, and conducting reference checks.
- Work closely with the business entity to understand their manpower requirements.
- Recommend and manage talent acquisition platforms for a wider outreach of applicants, including online job portals and social media channels.
- Manage onboarding activities and internal communication.
- Manage recruitment agencies and search firms.
- Monitor the recruitment budget.
Project Support:
- Provide project support for HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget, leveraging project management methodologies and tools.
- Any other tasks assigned.
Human Resource Operations:
- Any other tasks on day-to-day HR operations and Administration.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diplomas in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project support skills include the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and strong team player.
- Possess strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Has a positive & resilient attitude.
- Meticulous, resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Tech-savvy and computer literate.
