Duties
· Assist to Lead Mechanical Commissioning and execute the operational instructions.
· Co-ordinate with other commissioning discipline team during Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
· Organize the planned commissioning activities and manage the Supervisor/ Skilled workers/Unskilled workers accordingly
· Involve the project field pre-commissioning, system hot commissioning, plant operations of the whole project until project handover to the OWNER.
· Prepare commissioning testing reports
· Plan and execute the approved procedure during system commissioning.
· Ensure routine maintenance of equipment and record until handing over to Owner
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the commissioning process.
· Ensure the Pre-commissioning and commissioning records are placed in System Turnover packages.
· Provide support to Vendor TFA during testing on their packages.
· Understand the project specification with regards to commissioning, commissioning documentation, emissions, waste effluent, Plant Testing, Tests on Completion, Plant Performance Test and Reliability Test.
· Attend daily commissioning meetings with the commissioning team to align and coordinate the commissioning activity.
· Participate in commissioning meetings and provide regular progress updates to the Mechanical Lead Commissioning Engineer or Commissioning Manager.
· Identify and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions that arise during the commissioning process.
· Be nominated as a Authorised Competent Person to apply for and receive commissioning PTW.
· Participate in system completion walkdown of all systems prior to handover from Construction to the Commissioning department and prioritise the punch list items.
Qualification & Experience
· Minimum +7 years of experience.
· Min Diploma / Degree of Mehcanical Engineering.
· Knowledge of systemization and system turnover process from Construction to Commissioning.
· Working knowledge of MS software.
· Strong working knowledge and experience of managing PTW.
