Job Description:
- To manage the building construction rebar team at construction site, inspecting on-going rebar works and overseeing rebar activities carried out on construction sites.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
- Keep track of project rebar progress to ensure works are carried out according to safe work practice and following local industry guidelines.
- Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet project timelines.
- Supervises the health & safety of a construction site.
- Plan and prepare rebar bar bending schedule and Drawings, monitor daily work progress.
- Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations.
- Manage rebar usage, resources, oversee quality control and safety matters on the site.
- Supervise workmen to ensure that work is performed safely and on time.
- In Charge of site safety and shall be appointed to supervise the construction, erection, alteration or dismantling of any formwork structure in a worksite.
- And any other duties assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Possess a BCA Coretrade Foreman/Supervisor Certificate with at least 10 years experience in Singapore construction industry or working experience.
- Able to lead and work well with a team of foreIgn workers.
