- Handles inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires
- Making outbound calls to patients and clinics to facilitate bookings of operating theatres
- Coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced
- Make bookings and help with registrations of patients
- Assist issuance of tax invoices for patients or clinics
- Filing and faxing to coordinate various activities within the department
- Assist other ad-hoc admin duties
Requirements
- Minimum with GCE "O"/"A" Level/ Diploma
- WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Administrative Support) / ITE Certificate in Health Care or its equivalent
- With some years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Pleasant disposition with ability to provide good customer service
- Proficient in computer skills
