We are seeking to a Robotics Logistics Operator / Specialist to join us on this exciting journey.As a key player in our cutting-edge operation, you will be part of a team that is applying new technology to tranditional delivery services.
Job Scope:
1) To ensure Robot operates smoothly during deployment
2) To trouble shoot / reset robot if encounter problem during deployment operation
3) To monitor and ensure Robot delivery to destination
4) To observe and provide assistant to customer when retrieving merchandise from the Smart locker
5) To collect merchandise from participating retailer upon received pick up notification
6) To follow robot on it deployment route and ensure safety of the passer-by
7) To ensure robot return to the battery charging station and start charging
8) To check Smart locker is empty before returning to the charging station
9) To Retrieve un-collected merchandize from the locker and deliver to the customer manually
10) To work on the backend to upload merchandise to the E-com apps
Requirement:
1) ITE or Diploma certification
2) IT savvy, mechatronic background will be a plus
3) Physical fitnees is essential as a typical workday can require hours of walking
4) Able to communicate well in English and Chinese is essential
5) A calm, cheerful and friendly disposition is necessary, because this role involves frequent interaction with customer and merchants , or even curious on-lookers
6) Understand how internet, WIFI, Bluetooth connection and how the connection and APPs works
7) Team -oriented ,self motivated and independent personality , with a mindset of commitment towards achieving company goals together with fellow collegues.
