Our client, a well established Family Office in Singapore, specializing in multi-asset class portfolio management is seeking for a professional and experienced Finance Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage full set of accounts for the family office.
- Handle fund accounting, including analysis and reporting for real estate portfolio.
- Conduct management accounting tasks, preparing annual budgets, consolidated financial statements and regular management reports.
- Perform annual financial account auditing to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Manage basic treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial management.
- Generating reports for financial analysis
Requirements
- Preferably as certified public accountant.
- Minimum with 2 years experience in a managerial position
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial matters.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
