The role
We are seeking a Managing Director who has experience in managing and overseeing all business operations, personnel and ventures. With this role, you will be responsible for the success of the business and compliance with corporate governance and HQ regulations.
The ideal candidate will be able to guide the company in the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission, and long-term goals. It will also be necessary to possess very strong crisis management skills.
This ensures that the company remains focused on its short- and long-term objectives and does not deviate from its strategic direction.
Responsibilities:
- Establish company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term.
- Develop and execute company business plans and strategies
- Present reports on the company’s business and performance to the board.
- Motivate and provide leadership to Managers and senior executives to optimize performance.
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated and adhered to at all times.
- Oversee and streamline the company’s overall operations
- Key representatives of the company internally and externally strengthen its profile
- Ensure the company's profitability and growth
Requirements:
- Master’s degree
- Over 10 years' experience in a senior managerial role
- Experience in establishing business goals and strategies
- Extensive understanding of corporate law, branding and product positioning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities
- Ability to work under pressure
