Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Oversee Prefabrication Factory/Yard operations, reporting directly to the Project Director.
- Technology Integration: Ensure MEP design and construction align with the latest technologies like BIM and stay current with industry advancements.
- Process Development: Create and implement industry-standard processes, including those set by BCA and other regulatory bodies.
- BIM Implementation: Utilize 3D modeling software and mobile devices to enhance communication and collaboration.
- Innovation: Stay updated on automation, prefabrication, and modular construction techniques to improve MEP design and construction.
- Digital Tools: Use technology and digital tools to boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Training: Develop training programs for the team to stay updated on new technologies and best practices.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to meet high standards.
- Efficiency: Develop processes to deliver MEP systems on time and within budget.
- Performance Monitoring: Use data analytics to monitor and optimize MEP system performance.
- Productivity: Enhance factory production planning and boost productivity.
- Relationships: Build strong connections with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Sustainability: Incorporate green building practices and ensure sustainability in MEP systems.
- Professionalism: Maintain high ethical standards in all activities.
- Testing & Commissioning: Ensure thorough testing and certification of MEP systems.
