8. At least 2 years of experience in Finance and Compliance. Experience in property development and/or construction is an added advantage
9. Relevant accounting qualifications. Experience with Japan accounting is an added advantage
Responsibilities
1. Finance & accounting
- Assist Managers with Company, Fund and External Asset Management accounting and financial reporting
- Prepare offshore accounts
- Assist in coordinating annual audits
- Coordinate quarterly GST and annual tax prepared by tax agents
- Open and maintain bank accounts
2. Cash management
- Prepare monthly payments and payment vouchers
- Update bank reconciliation and cashflow
3. Coordinate corporate secretarial work and tax for local and overseas entities
4. Administer KYC verifications on incoming and ongoing clients
5. Compliance
- Assist with MAS compliance reporting and IRAS annual CRS & FATCA reporting for Funds
