Finance & Compliance Assistant Manager

8. At least 4 years of experience in Finance and Compliance. Experience in property development and/or construction is an added advantage
9. Relevant accounting qualifications. Experience with Japan accounting is an added advantage
Responsibilities
1. Fund Finance/Accounts
- Supervise Fund administrators on Fund accounting, financial reporting
- Prepare, review and coordinate offshore accounts
- Supervise audit of accounts
- Support and advise on investment structuring for tax and accounting purposes
- Review quarterly GST and annual tax by tax agents
2. Cash management
- Review monthly payments
- Update bank reconciliation
- Manage cashflow
3. Oversee corporate secretarial work for local and overseas entities
4. Conduct KYC verifications on incoming and ongoing clients
5. Compliance:
- MAS compliance reporting
- IRAS annual CRS & FATCA reporting for Funds
