- Assist the Human Resource Business Partner to perform the day-to-day operations on staff recruitment, contract renewals, transfer, re-designation/upgrading for research projects.
- Handle staff welfare matters.
- Maintain staff data and provide status updates and reports to various units periodically and on ad-hoc basis.
- Provide administrative support to committee (i.e. data collation, prepare statistics and reports).
- Handle research grant administration which includes dissemination of grant calls, checking of proposals, progress and final reports, grant virements and variations, etc.
- Attend to walk-in queries as and when required.
- Any other general administrative matters as assigned.
