Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the best location for installation based on plumbing, electrical, and space requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Install home appliances according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards, including filtration units.
- Connect home appliance to existing plumbing lines, faucets, and electrical outlets as needed.
- Test installed systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Provide demonstrations to customers on how to use and maintain their systems effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with installed systems in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, including parts used, labor hours, and customer information.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to schedule installations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
