Responsibilities
· Prospect for new tenants and work with appointed agents to source for suitable tenants
· Negotiate lease renewals and finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentations
· Conduct competitive market research and monitor market trends
· Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy-related matters
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail/commercial leasing
· Possess Degree in Real Estate, Business, or equivalent
