Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Implementation Consultant based in Singapore. The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as software and project implementation, consulting, analytical skills, issue support and communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide consulting support on HRIS
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate clearly with clients
- The ability to plan, priorities and work on several projects at once.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with effective communication skills, actual and virtual.
- Experience in software implementation and project implementation
- Knowledge of HR processes and practices
- Knowledge in Singapore statutory
- Payroll knowledge and experience preferably Singapore Payroll would be advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field
- Prior experience in HR technology solutions and services is a plus
- Good command of English
