- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
- Review the work progress on daily basis.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and obtain permits and licences.
- Project planning and project management.
- Prepare weekly site progressive report.
- Prepare weekly site meeting minutes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, investigate and highlight potential issues to the management in a timely method
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.
- Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
- Liaison with project site teams and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Ensure cost control and project completion within budget, utilization of resources and schedule.
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
