Job Responsibilities:
· Promote the adoption of the Third-Party Management Policy and the corresponding Third-Party Management Standard
· Lead the execution of third-party risk evaluations in collaboration with Business Activity Owners (BAOs) and various internal teams.
· Gather data related to third-party relationships for the inventory system and risk evaluations, coordinating with local BAOs.
· Support project benchmarks and verify the accuracy of the local inventory.
· Conduct data checks within systems and address any inconsistencies.
· Manage the submission process and monitor the implementation of business-driven controls.
· Review contract information for accuracy and manually transfer data to the centralized system.
· Provide additional support for third-party controls as needed.
· Develop and implement ongoing training and awareness initiatives
· Identify, oversee, and escalate issues requiring corrective action.
· Ensure program goals are not only met but exceeded, documenting relationships in a centralized inventory and conducting risk assessments promptly and accurately.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business units
· Assist in the preparation and delivery of regular Governance reports, detailing progress, identifying critical issues, and escalating them as necessary.
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
