Make an Impact by
- Create and update billing database with monthly billing data
- Create and customize system report to meet customers’ requirements – put up detailed report format and liaise with the responsible IT team to configure the reports in system
- Resolve billing queries from NCS/Optus billing team, SGO, including Optus/SingTel intercompany billing reconciliations.
- Assist the Account or Commercial Team in driving compliance with contractual and commercial arrangements in the contract eg billing artefacts & reporting requirements.
- Learn and understand the Account Support Executive (“ASE”) role and the respective downstream roles to trouble shoot any customers’ order processing issue.
Skills for Success:
- Nitec in Accounting, Business Administration, O level or above
- Experienced in understanding business needs is a plus
- Proficient in Excel such as VLOOKUP
- Good to have 1 year of experience in billing or knowledgeable in billing process
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
