We’re looking to add a Executive Finance in Singapore. The position will be based in our GES Site in Marsiling.
As a Executive, Finance, you will:
This role is required to prepare GST reporting, support monthly journal entries, and fixed asset register.
- Record all daily bank transaction and verify the accuracy of transactions against bank statement.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation to ensure all transaction are accurately recorded and identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Create and post journal entries for various transactions as to ensure they are supported by documentation.
- Manage fixed asset register, ensuring all assets are accurately recorded, tagged and tracked.
- Coordinate the transfer and disposal of fixed assets, maintaining proper documentation for all transactions.
- Compile and organise supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
- Prepare quarterly GST returns in compliance with local tax regulations.
- Handle all accounting functions for dormant companies.
What skills and experiences are we looking for?
- Diploma in Accounting with 3 years of experience.
- Preferably with experience in Manufacturing Company.
- Able to work independently, responsible and possesses good working ethics
- Fluent command in English and proficient in Chinese language (to interact with Chinese-speaking associates).
- Proficient in SAP and EXCEL
