The Role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager and working closely with the Head of Trust Administration you will assist in the administration of a portfolio of Trust accounts and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations, assist in the onboarding of new clients and obtain the requisite AML/KYC documentation, assist in drafting trust documents etc. You will also be involved in ad-hoc projects such as system migration and upgrade and continuously keep a keen eye on streamlining processes to make the workflow more efficient.
Your Profile
To succeed in the role, you should have the relevant accounting qualifications and have at least 3-5 years of trust accounting experience. You should be able to work independently and be able to mentor your team members.
