· Responsible for Project Management
· Manage the Project completion on Time and to Expectations.
· To manage project risks, monitor project implementation and to ensure that resources and contingency plans are in place.
· Responsible for Project Deliverables - tracking, monitoring, forecasting & Reporting.
· Responsible for Project Planning, Execution & Implementation.
· Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
· Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
· Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
· Provide direction and support to project team.
· Coordinating the Project Requirements with other dept.
· Manage the Customer expectation during project implementation.
· Any other duties assigned by Head, Project Management.
· Requirements
· Degree holder or equivalent work experience will be considered.
· More than 10 years working experience in the onshore & offshore oil & gas industry and familiar with various types of marine coatings, insulation & Passive Fire Protection products.
· Knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word, Power point etc.
· Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to deliver oral and written project reports to senior management.
