- Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
- Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards.
- Coordinate with other discipline and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes.
- Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
- Supersede and updated the current revision status
- Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
- Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
- Detailing and documentation of working drawing
- Any other duties assigned
· Requirements
- At least 3 years HDB or warehouse project working experience. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a senior role.
- Obtain BIM Certificates from BCA or recognised training institute
- Proficiency in REVIT is a MUST.
- Experience in BIM software and modelling techniques including but not limited to AutoDesk Revit (Architectural/Civil & Structural), Navisworks, AutoCAD , BENTLEY BIM , Civil 3D Design would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Architectural/Civil & Structural Engineering design & construction.
