Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management and Coordination: Support inventory-related activities including but not limit to monitoring, analysing, and maintaining inventory level efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and accuracy. Suggest improvements to inventory control.
- Class Creation: Handle class creation forms and liaise with the Merchandising Department.
- Stock Adjustment: Extract and review monthly stock take adjustments for the supermarket.
- Purchasing: Review and post import/export/direct and consignment purchase orders/documents. Manage vendor payments and review AP reconciliation for accuracy.
- GST Returns: Check and review GST returns.
- General Ledger & Reporting: Maintain and control the General Ledger (including schedules and journals). Ensure the accuracy of the chart of accounts and account schedules. Update of journal interface files and statutory report.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by the HOD.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in a costing and accounting environment.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and take on new responsibilities.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

* Working Hours: Monday ~ Friday 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (flexi work hours available)
* Work Location: Isetan Head Office (Near TE16 Havelock Station)
