DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure the smooth running and operations within the outlet.
· Supervise all staff within the outlet.
· Conduct orientation and oversee on-the-job-training to outlet staff.
· Involved in recruitment of outlet staff.
· Able to formulate and execute store operation strategies.
· Work with supporting departments on payroll matters and finance department.
· Enforce good hygiene on food handling and workplace safety in the outlet.
· Manpower planning which includes duty roster planning.
· Manage customer’s complaint and always enforce good customer service.
· Hands-on helping in the outlet during peak hours.
· Work with Chef and plan menus.
· Costs control in reviewing quantities of preparation and minimising wastage.
· Lead daily operations and propose improvement plans within the outlet.
· Ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.
**Requirements**:
1. More than two years of management experience in the F&B industry.
2. Familiar with the local food and beverage market in Singapore.
3. Knowledge of basic financial management skills, including cost control and sales analysis.
4. Strong market promotion and customer service awareness.
5. Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate.
6. Practical experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and skills training are more valued.
7. Willing to work during, weekends and public holidays
