What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain applications and systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the bank's technical infrastructure.
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models to automate and optimize business processes within the capital markets value chain.
- Utilize data science to generate actionable insights, build predictive models, and deploy robust solutions. Explore generative AI to enhance business operations, from data synthesis to process automation.
- Partner with quantitative analysts, traders, and business teams to develop and implement AI-driven solutions that address complex challenges.
- Drive the development of AI-powered products and features to improve the overall IS ecosystem.
What Will Make You Shine
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years in IT functional architecture.
- Mastery of machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and MLOps.
- Strong knowledge of data management practices, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation.
- Expertise in AI algorithms, frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and cloud-based AI/LLM technologies (RAG patterns).
- Proficiency in Python, .NET, or Java, as well as DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps tools (GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud).
- Knowledge of ethical principles for developing AI models.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in teams.
- A curious mindset with a passion for learning and exploring new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
